Adventures |
Costa Rica is home to some
of the worlds largest mangrove
ecosystems. These systems
are natures nurseries and
home to thousands of species
of fish, birds, reptiles
and insects. All these areas
are virtually untouched
by the presence of man and
present the nature photographer
with incredible opportunities
to get very close to animals.
You'll weave your way through
the mangrove trees spotting
exotic birds, monkeys and
colorful reptiles. Our local
guides are experts at spotting
these elusive creatures
in the mangroves, including
boa constrictors, spoonbills,
reddish egrets, white ibis,
boat-billed herons, kingfishers,
white face monkeys, crocodiles
and crab eating raccoons.
This is one excursion you’ll
not want to miss out on!
